According to 42 order of the Ministry of Education & Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, CQMU established Chongqing Medical University Admission Eligibility for Bachelor (On trial) for 2018.
Eligibility:
1. In principle, undergraduate applicants’ age should be at a range of 18-25 years. Applicants must be healthy, both mentally and physically. Applicants should have solid financial support to afford the study and living expenses in China.
2. Applicants who have finished high school with grades above good in all subjects (above 65% of total mark). Chemistry, physics, biology, English are compulsory subjects, and math is a reference subject for admission evaluation;
3. Applicants with good performance in school (provide a certificate) and non-criminal record;
4. Applicants whose native language is English or who are taught in full English in high school can apply for the MBBS major (English medium); Students from non-English-speaking countries should provide TOEFL scores (above 85 points) and IETLS scores (above 5.5 points) when applying for the MBBS major (English medium);
5. Through SKYPE, QQ video, etc., give students interview testing their English capability. Officially recruitment will be approved after all pass of interviews.
6. Applicants who apply for Chinese Medium Course should provide HSK4 or above certificate;
7. Students under 18, and parents are not resident in China permanently, should provide guardian who live in resident in China permanently and related certificate of the guardian. Foreign applicants must provide valid passport or citizenship certificate with more than 4 years ' validity and more than 2 years' records of living out of China in recent 4 years (up to April 30the of the first semester). More than 9 months' records of living abroad can be regarded as one year's record based on the entry and exit record.
